Here's just a few charmers, all from the same day.
They read:
Blanch, my darling - your letter received and I am happy. Ralph.
Hamlet - Would gladly write you daily. You have better opportunity. Sad enough, sorrow's crown of sorrows.
One sad, one happy, right next to each other! I'll bet when Hamlet saw Ralph's ad he was all jealous. I do find it amusing when advertisers take on names from tragedies (they do especially love Shakespeare). I mean, yes, clearly the people involved in this affair are really depressed, but it seems so self-defeating to use the name of someone whose girlfriend goes insane and commits suicide, and then gets killed himself. Cheery! Not to mention totally cliched. Seriously, this is the best you can come up with? And why doesn't anyone every use, like, Hermia and Lysander or something? It's cute, it's funny, and they all live happily ever after. Oy.
But, I like this one best.
